She has consulted on human capital solutions for clients such as Idenix Pharmaceuticals, Covidien Healthcare, National Grid, Tyco, Fresessius and Bristol Myers Squib. Prior to joining the private sector, Kate worked in public education for nine years as Assistant Director of Special Services for a large public vocational technical training center.
